WEDDING RESERVATIONS: Weddings must be scheduled in person at the BEP Church office. You will be given a BEP Wedding Packet which explains our policies when you come in. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
 
I will expect to be charged the following fees. ( The following fees are standard for Non-BEP Ministries; Non Profit organizations -reduced fees with letter of non profit status.) FEES: Multipurpose room-$100 1st hour, $25 ea addit'l hr. Kitchen/classrooms-$25 per hr. Sound tech-$75 per event, Cleaning fee-$25 per hr. FEES for weddings available upon request. *

My organization meets the following description.
Non-Profit - we will submit our form to the BEP Church office before our event
 
You will be contacted by phone or email. Your event is NOT confirmed until approved by the BEP Facility Administrator, Kathy Dalby
 
Outside groups must provide a Certificate of Insurance listing BEP as additional insured during the period of their usage. Please note below if you will be forwarding an insurance policy to us.

If you need tables, chairs, etc - please let Kathy know when she responds to your FURFA. BEP "Leave No Trace" POLICY: Set-up/tear down, cleanup is the sole responsibility of the group using the center. We expect the group to cover cost of repairs for any accidental damage to facility, equipment or materials. Everything must be restored to its original configuration and the trash removed to the outside dumpsters. If this policy is not followed, a $25 fee will be charged.
