Mercy Ministry Welcome

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest"

With those words, Jesus called to a people who struggled in a world that would not give them rest. Today, we still struggle to meet bills, handle family problems, fight addictions and dependencies, and seek hope in the midst of our sin.

Our mission at Broadneck EP is becoming a community, reaching a community...with Christ’s truth and love. Without the light of Jesus in our lives, we can not achieve rest. But neither can a person seek the living Lord when they don’t know where the next meal is coming from, or are facing eviction or having their power turned off. By being a community of believers, we gather the strength and resources to help each other and to reach out to the community around us.

To help those in need, the Broadneck EP Mercy Ministry can provide advice, point out resources, or pay bills and above all, pray. If you attend BEP and need help, please call the church or speak to any of the pastors, elders, or deacons. If you need help and don’t attend BEP, please call the church at 410-626-8122 and one of our deacons will call you back within 48 hours. All discussions are confidential within the mercy ministry. We will do what we can to help you. We will surely pray for you.
