BEP Youth Ministries Intern Application

This Intern position is designed to provide ministry experience, study time, and exposure to those who desire to continue a career in youth ministry.  You will be responsible for the overall vision, leadership, strategy, and execution of a dynamic ministry to Middle and/or High School students.

Please answer the following questions on a separate document and submit as an attachment to seth@broadneckep.org.

Spiritual History:

• Describe your understanding of the gospel.
• What role does the gospel play in your life?
• What role does Scripture play in your life?
• Describe you understanding of Relational Evangelism.
• In an average week how many hours do you spend with Christ? 
• Who has been the biggest spiritual influence in your life?  Describe the relationship.

Ministry History:

• What gifts, skills, and/or background do you believe will assist you in your intern position? (Please list any training or personal experience that would help you in ministering to youth.)
• What are your passions?
• What areas of your life still need further growth?
• List 3 of your personal strengths and 3 personal weaknesses.
• What role do you believe parents play in a church’s youth ministry?
• What is your understanding of leadership and authority?  Are you willing to accept supervision and authority in your ministry?

Please type up your Christian testimony.  Include some of the major lessons God has been teaching you this past year as well.
